Thunder Prairie Ranch provides truly professional horse boarding and equine services to the Northern Colorado area from Wellington, CO, ten miles north of Fort Collins, CO. New to the boarding industry as of late 2005, Thunder Prairie Ranch is coming to fruition after three years of intense study, observation, and planning. We have invested such large amounts of time and effort to provide a ranch worthy of the privilege to operate as an example of excellence as defined by Colorado's boarding population. Hard work, attentiveness to boarder's ideas and requests, and strong financial contributions are put forth to establish a reputation of action. Our passion is horses! In June of '05, we set out to determine the viability of operating a successful equine boarding operation in Northern Colorado. What we learned was completely unexpected; however, the opportunity for boarding in the area has shown very promising potential to the operation ready to act upon its promises. While the potential is abundant, it will only be captured by demonstrating excellence. Northern Colorado's boarding community has become wise to empty promises and inaction. So we quickly learned through the constant repeated theme resounding throughout the boarding community, that real action resulting in previously unmatched results, is the only way to earn the business and respect of the perspective boarding clients. Thunder Prairie Ranch has eagerly taken the challenge to earn the opportunity to serve Northern Colorado in the boarding industry. We believe only the best is acceptable when working towards a goal and we have made that known. We make no attempt to hide the fact we are coming into this market with the intent to be the best, and in doing so, setting the standard. However, we humbly seek to do so, understanding there exists worthy competitors already operating as examples of greatness. To excel beyond the already exceptional standard such competition has achieved, and to earn the vote of the boarding community for such an honor, is a truly paramount task, but worthy goals always seek such difficult expectations. So with that in mind, we have begun constructing what we believe is the definition of excellence. Thunder Prairie's new twenty-six stall barn has been developed to meet the desires of the boarding community which have been obtained over the past year through extensive communication efforts with many existing and potential boarders.
